Dave Force '70
Dave is one of the nation’s most innovative behaviorists and producers, with more than 30 years of experience developing standardized training techniques at SeaWorld. His work led to hundreds of thousands of entertainment performances, animal–guest interactions, and significant scientific discoveries.
He served as the original General Manager of Morgan’s Wonderland in San Antonio, Texas—the world’s first theme park designed specifically for the special needs community. Today, Morgan’s Wonderland is recognized as a global model for inclusive attractions, and Dave continues to support its mission in an advisory capacity.
Dave also served as Executive Director of the nonprofit San Antonio Youth Literacy organization and was a founding member of the Board of Directors for the PreK4SA education initiative, and has since become a national template for early childhood education programs.
Since 2006, Dave’s company, Constructive Behavioral Consulting, has provided management and behavioral consulting services to organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small nonprofits and educational institutions.
A 1973 graduate of Florida Tech, Dave was initiated into Zeta Sigma in 1970 and served as both Chapter SC and Pledge Master. In 2015, he received the prestigious Ozzie Award, which honored him as “Our ambassador of true Pike values of brotherhood and dedicating an entire life to giving and mentoring, thereby bringing value to the lives of everyone he touches.”
